Tho Utah Department of Transportation and Weemi-nuc- h Construction Authority informs the public that its current project in White Mesa, involving a 5.2 mile stretch of Utah Highway 191, will necessitate a reduction in speed limit. The speed limit will range from 55 mph down to 45 mph throughout the project between the hours of 7 a. in. to 6 p.m. There will be traffic delays at times from now until the end of October. vichyssoise, a cold potato soup, is probably enough to trip up all but the very best spellers. That was the case on January 27 at the San Juan School District Spelling Bee when Line Pehrson, a sixth grade student at Monticello Elementary School, correctly spelled vichyssoise. It was a victory for Pehrson, who finished just ahead of Colby Sharpe, an eighth grade student at Albert hard-foug- R.
