It's considered healthy growth. Cities that have tried to limit growth have been impacted by the growth around them. Take Boulder, for example. They limited growth in their city, but the fastest growing counties and cities in Colorado are on the edge of Boulder...Louisville and Lafayette. They're seeing 20 growth. All those people go into Boulder every day, but Boulder gets no benefit from those people through property taxes. Zs Thanks Ron.
