notice to water users state lugii eer a office salt lake city utah jan 8 1906 notice is hereby given that george A udall whose post office address is eure ka utah has made application in dance with the requirements of chapter sess on laws of utah 1905 to ap prop nate eight and twenty 8 25 cub feet per second of water flow ing in judd creek juab county utah said water will be diverted at a po nt 2640 feet east of the north west corner of sections township 11 south range 7 wet salt lake base and meridian from where it will be conveyed for a distance ot 10 feet and there used from june 1st to september 1st of each year to ir agate acres of land embraced in sec thois 12 aul 13 township lown ship 11 south range 8 west salt lake base and meridian during tl e period from september 1st of each year to june 1st of the year follow ing the water will be stored in a reservoir and released during the period first nam ed and teed to irrigate the id above described all protests against the gran lag of said application stating the reasons must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within thirty 30 days after the completion ot the p alica of this no ice CALEB TANNER bbate engineer first publication jan 26 1908 t ss
