OCR Text	Show moyer brings suit against peabody and bell john H murphy as attorney toe for charles H moyer president of the western federation ot of miners filed a complaint monday in the united states court at denver against james 11 peabody former governor of colo rado sherman M bell former tant general and captain bulkeley wells now adjutant general who was military commander in telluride while that city was under martial law and moyer was subjected to hardships humiliations and disgrace by the defendants fend ants without probable cause and also without legal process he ile was also deprived the complaint reads of having a public and speedy trial by an impartial jury in the district in which the offense is alleged to have been committed
