cross-countr- y Norman Carter Norman is a native of North Carolina where he was born on the 20th of September 1954 All but eight of his twenty-tw- o years of life have been spent in Utah which he considers his home Spanish Fork High was the lucky school to have Norman enrolled He came to CEU to run which he does well Norman said that he loves to run sometimes with others but more by himself It
