SOUTH Beaver's first match was on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 4:30 p.m. against the South Sevier Rams. Makenzie Gillins led the attack with 9 kills (out of 12 attempts75% hitting average) and McCall Eyre had 4 kills (out of 4 attempts-]00% hitting average). Beaver's next opponent was Monticello at 7:00 p.m. (Thursday) Davis (6), McCall Eyre (3), McCall Eyre (4), Marcy Williams (3), Melissa Albrecht (3), Tiffany Davis (3), Assists-Melissa Albrecht (46), BlocksMakenzie Gillins (30 and McCall Eyre (2). Beaver's volleyball team hasn't gone to state since they have been a 2-A school. BEAVER VS. PAROWAN Beaver had to turn around and play Parowan-right after their win against North Sevier. This match was to determine the third and ; | couldn't seem to pull it together, and lost to Parowan. Outstanding performances in this match were: Assists-Melissa Albrecht, Digs-Makenzie Gillins, Kills-Tiffany Davis and McCall Eyre. Beaver will be playing Morgan, (the #1 team in Region 12) on Friday morning (Oct.28) at 10:00. The state tournament is being held at Richfield High School.. Beaver cheerleaders who came to the communities of Beaver cheer the County and to JV volleyball team who came to support the varsity team.
