There was some concern from the board regarding lot size in relation to the road. Larry Carter made a motion to table the issue and hold a public hearing. The motion seconded by Jerry. Boone submitted application for a zone change from RE-1 to RE-.5. made a motion to table the issue until further study with Beaver City and adjacent property owners could be notified. Mike seconded the motion. Motion unanimous. Permission to Divide Merrill Yardley requested permission to divide 20.30 acres into three parcels containing one 12 acre lot, one 12.01 acre-lot and one 4.87 acre lot. The board felt no contention. Larry Carter made a motion to approve division. Larry Sower seconded the motion. Mike Yardley excused himself from voting due to conflict of interest. Motion unanimous. Agriculture and Multiple Use Changes Other Harry Lucas met with the board to ask for help with a housing problem he has been having. He needs housing for his employees or permission to allow mobile . homes on his property. he is now only allowed one primary dwelling and one accessory building. He has not been able to find a place for his employees to live. The board suggested for him to check into the mobile home parks in Milford or other legal mobile home. parks. Ifit is not successful he may come back to the next meeting. Minutes Mike made a motion to approve the minutes from 7/20/94. jerry seconded the motion. Motion unanimous. Shauna Mayer, Jolyn Leko and citizens of the Milford Flat area presented a petition requesting that no swine operation facilities or other related buildings be constructed within three (3) miles of any primary residence for a period of two. (2) years. Representatives from Circle Four Farms stated that they could agree to the request. After a lengthy discussion of the current zoning and the proposed changes the board ‘felt it necessary to have time to review a petition. BEAVER COUNTY SHERIFE'S REPORT WEEK OF OCTOBER 17-23, 1994. *Beaver County Sheriff's Department arrested and booked into jail a Beaver Man on charges of Gross Lewdness. *Beaver City Police arrested a man for Driving on Suspension and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. *Five traffic accidents were handled by the Sheriffs Department during *Ten traffic stops were made by the Sheriffs.
