W sey of Manti Mantl admire the 10 St. St Mother Bridgette stands behind the children Population swells sells at Bessey residence There has been a population explosion at the home of Boband Bob Boband Boband and Carolyn Bessey in Manti ManU in fact there are 10 additional ad additional additional ad- ad mouths to feed now The excitement all started early in the am a.m. hours of Saturday Saturday Saturday Sat Sat- Feb when one of the canines living with the theBes theBes- Bes Bessey sey family Bridgette decided that it was time to give birth to 13 little St. St Bernard pups Additional help was needed with the delivery Kenneth Down rolled out of bed at 4 am a.m. grabbed his Instruments and headed for the Bessey home Three of the new arrivals died shortly after birth but the remaining ten five of the male gender and five fe females females te- te males are growing rapidly each day Carolyn reports Bob feels that Bridgette's ten pups are probably the first St. St Bernards born In Manti ManU at least they arent aren't aware of any others Bob and Carolyn's three children children children chil chil- dren are enjoying every minute of playing mother to to the pups They have tabbed some of the pups with names Bob and Carolyn are proud of the pups also At the rate they are growing the may have to move out of their house if it all ten grow up to beas be beas beas as big as their mother In a month or two two you maysee maysee may maysee see a green pickup truck rocking rocking rockIng rock- rock Ing back and forth as it drives down the road Dont Don't be alarmed alarm alarm- ed its it's probably only Bob taking Bridgette and her offspring out for a ride and the big dogs are moving from one side to the other of the truck causing it to weave down the street |
