| Show Ephraim North Notes es' S' S ELEANOR MAt MADSEN EN Telephone The family of ot Mr and Mrs Newel Christensen met at the home of Mr and Mrs Moyle Christensen and family in Ogden to enjoy Thanksgiving Thanksgiving day Going from Ephraim for the occasion were Mr and Mrs l Don Christ Christensen and family and the Newel Christensen Mr and Mrs Dale Bonnie Nielson and six children came from Salt Lake City Alan Christensen Christen Christen- sen son of the Moyle Christen Christen- sens seas came from San Francisco where he is attending dental school and their daughter and husband Mr and Mrs Larry LarryLee LarryLee LarryLee Lee and three children of Menan Idaho were present also Mr and Mrs Carl Christensen came from Logan making a near 30 group to partake partake partake par par- take of the festive dinner All AH but Newel and Marcel left for their homes Thur Thursday day evenIng evening evening even- even Ing while they stayed for the night and then went to Salt Lake to spend the remainder of the weekend with Dale and Bonnie Nielson and family Mr and Mrs Jim Rossi of Nampa California came to spend the week of Thanksgiving with Mr and Mrs Ted Eda Cherry of Ephraim Also coming for Thanksgiving day to visit with the Cherrys was Mr Richard Draper of Moroni Moron Mr and Mrs Rossi are parents of Mrs Cherry Mrs Elwood Paulsen boarded a Jet for Vancouver Washington Where she spent Thanksgiving with her daughter and son-in- son law Annette and Glen Fakler and two chil children ren Wendy and Scott Mrs Paulsen reports that the Washington state area is a direct contrast to Sanpete Sanpete- everything is so green there Mr James G G. Olsen was busy attending meetings last Friday and Saturday in Salt Lake City He attended the Utah Cattlemen's annual convention the Utah Hereford Association convention and banquet and the convention of the big game board All meetings were held at the Newhouse Hotel Monday Mr Olsen and Kay Olsen were in Fairview to at attend attend attend at- at tend the annual meeting of the River Association The meeting was held at the Fairview Fairview Fairview Fair- Fair view City hall ball AU All Olsen wishes to express his thanks and appreciation to the many friends and relatives who have been so considerate of him during his recent Illness He is home now and making improvement each day To those who have called sent cards brought food and shown other expressions expression of love and interest during this time ime Mr Olsen and his family extend their grateful Thanks Miss Kathy Gardner enjoyed last weekend visiting in Ephraim Ephraim Eph Eph- raim at the home of her sister and law in Mr and Mrs Evan Stoddard She re returned returned returned re- re turned to her home in Provo Sunday evening Visitors at the All Ali Olsen home Sunday were yere Mr and Mrs Lyman Eva Peterson of Salt Lake City They also visited at the Leslie Madsen home Mr Peterson is a brother of Mrs Madsen |
