S Tuttle who retired after 14 years as Sanpete's county agent Mrs the daughter daughter daughter daugh daugh- ter of Mr and Mrs Paul Keeler Manti attended Manti Marti schools and graduated from Manti Mantl High She spent her senior year In Inthe Inthe inthe the Netherlands as an American Field Service exchange student On an her return she attended Snow College graduating In 1964 Mrs was an ac active active active ac- ac tive H 4 Club member and lea lea- der She and Norma Reynolds were county and state winners In the H 4 Demonstration tion Hon Contest in 1963 They were awarded an paid expense-paid trip to the Western Livestock Show and H 4 up Round-up held in Den Den- ver The new county agent was also a County Dress Revue winner In November of 1965 she married marrIed married mar mar- ried Thomas S. S of Ephraim Mrs graduated from Utah State University in 1966 with a major in Home Economics Education For two years she taught Home Economics at the Grant High School Portland Oregon I IThe The new extension agent will live In Ephraim where her husband has taken a position with the Sanpete Forest Products Products Products Pro Pro- ducts Company Sarah Tuttle whom Mrs has replaced spent 33 years as a public servant She taught at Ephraim High School from 1925 to 1927 From 1937 to 1941 she was a case worker for the Welfare Department In Sanpete County Between 1941 and 1947 she was employed by the Farm Security Administration now Farm Home Administration as home supervisor and served in MUl Millard Box ox Elder Utah and Sanpete Counties She joined the Extension Service In 1947 and was extension extension exten exten- sion agent In Millard and Salt Lake Counties before coming to Sanpete in 1954 Mrs Tuttle married Ludeal Nielson of Ephraim July 1927 She has three daughters Mrs Archie M M. M Carolyn Brugger Ephraim Mrs Richard L. L Alice Ann Wright Vacaville California and Mrs Franklin E.
