Atomic Energy Commission and the Atomic Fuel Extraction Corporation of Poca- tello, Idaho, have signed a contract for the construction and operation by Atomic Fuel Extraction of a uranium plant at Bedrock, Montrose County Colorado. This agreement was annouiibed today at the Grand Junction Operations Office of the Commission. Construction of the plant is expected to begin promptly, with completion scheduled in The new mill will cost approximately $2,500,000, Turner said today. June 13, according to Clark L. Wilson, vice president and general manager. The transfer would be based, Wilson notes, on a basis of one share of Northwest stock for five shares of Pathfinder. Pathfinder now holds an 18 percent stock interest in Northwests developments onL the Spokane Indian reservations northwest of Spokane, Wash. The same interest is held on other Northwest property in Washington and Idaho, Wilson explains.
