J. Roger Wallace, president of Cataract, and Theran M. Davis, president of Colorado Gas, disclosed that approval for the Cata-raproposals will be asked at a special meeting of Colorado Gas stockholders on May 25, 1956. Colorado Gas operations are centered in the Uinta Basin of northern Colorado, where they hold approximately 4,000 acres of oil and gas leases, adjoining producing properties belonging to Phillips, Amerada, Superior and Union Oil of California.
