Show Ferron Upgrading Mill Is.Purchased i John S. Seneca, chairman of the executive committee. Board of Western Hemisphere Mills, Inc., in a report to stockholders, announced that Nathan W. Davis new president, is endeavoring to put the upgrading mill at Ferron, Utah, in operation. Seneca said the mill hag been purchased and paid for and is ready to assemble on the mill site. The upgrading mill, said to be the companys most important asset, according to Seneca, will make it possible, to mine and mill ore at a profit for Mines, Inc. In his letter, Seneca announced that Pres. Davis is making available his entire personal shares, if necessary, for additional finances to complete the mill at Ferron. He announced these shares are available to stockholders of record at lOo a share.
