Effective date of stock exchange is Oct. 23. Meeting at Rimrock general offices in Shreveport, stockholders approved a reverse stock split which will entitle stockholders' to receive one share of twenty cents par stock for every twenty shares of the current one cent par stock. They also voted a total authorized capitalization of the company at five million d shares.
