Riding in style in a plane, he actually flew South to New Orleans as a passenger at the rate of 3 miles a minute. Escorted by pretty, Margaret Mellon, airline stewardess who holds the title of "Miss American Aviation", Robi was sent to the balmy south to be liberated. A pet of Mrs. Gilbert Black of St. Louis who nursed the bird back to life last spring after finding it with a broken leg. Robi was released with fanfare against a background of tropical palms.
