Kesheva Kronish and Donna Scherman will be in Park City in August to share their knowledge and experience with us in the following: Asanas (postures) Breathing Meditation Herbs and cleansing exercises Nutrition and diet Food supplements Vegetarian and natural food cooking Creative relationships These folks reside in Berkeley where they are busy teaching dasses and handle Amway Products distribution. They are very flexible pleasant people who would enjoy coming to our relaxed atmosphere and getting together with us who are interested. Keshevas background and experience include four years as an instructor with the International Swinanda Yoga Yoga Society founded by Swami Vishnudevenanda, author of The Complete Illustrated Book of Yoga. There are centers all over the United States with Retreat sites in Canada, Los Angeles, and Nassau, Bahamas. He spent an entire year in both Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, running Swinanda Yoga Center. He has taught classes in private homes, Berkeley Educational InY.M.C.A., the East-Westitute, Malcolm X School, Albanys Childrens Center, and Ho Chi Minh Park. In the U.S. and Canada, he has studied with four Swamis, covering four types of Yoga: Werner Erhard for EST; Master Choy for Tai Chi Chun; Brother Olaff for Mystical Christianity; and an intensive training course by B.K.S. Iyengar, Master Yogi and author of Light on Yoga. Kesheva spent many months in India traveling, and studying South Indian music and yoga. It was his trip to the East that he describes as curing him of being an austere American Hindu. Alas, he is like you or me with more experience under his belt ! Thus far, a morning and evening asana wVclass and meditation are scheduled for every day. This way all can participate at least once a day if desired. When Kesheva and Donna yv arrive we will all be able to discuss the venience of other classes for those interested. Nutrition and diet, and vegetarian-naturfood cooking are Donnas main field. Her nutritional knowledge will be enlightening for all of us .A flat fee of $25 for all the classes available is quite reasonable, we feel. Deposits are necessary and are being taken st , al now. This opportunity to be exposed to so much at one time is great. I know for myself it is difficult and sometimes impossible to go to Salt Lake because a certain teacher is there. Take advantage of this to quench your thirsty . about these things. Please contact immediately Shelley Kuster, Box 133, Park Thank you. City, or curiosity 649-854- 0.
