I picked a bouquet of wild flowers from your hills and smiled in the fragrances they asprayed. My ears caught hold of a running brook, and I drank of it's fullness In giving. The little that you are. Park City, will grow, which in Itself is sad, but it will make you prosper. As I have passed you now, I witt have things to remember and I will wish you peace. A passing writer Sharon Leslie Baden In A Sure Road to Tennis Elbow I have Steven Kemp Certified Tennis Professional Park City Resort Tennis players who have not had professional instruction invariably hit their backhand with an extremely bent elbow, resulting in a shot that is merely punched. Those of you who have used this method of hitting the backhand will have found it effective enough to keep the ball in play, but you probably have not scored any outright winners with this shot. In an attempt to get more power behind the shot, you have undoubtedly swung faster and hit harder. The result of only a week of this sort of play could lead to disaster. There is no other shot which can more directly lead to a severe and lasting case of tennis elbow. Once tennis elbow is incurred, it is difficult to get rid of and will plague you for seasons to come. New devices on the market to aid this condition will help, but only to a limited degree; the surest cure is learning how to stroke the ball properly. The backhand should be hit with a straight arm and a cocked wrist. If you think of the arm as an extension of your body, the resulting swing will be a smooth flowing motion with far more power than hitting with a bent elbow.
