The home stands were filled with spirited students who had spent the entire week getting svked up for this game. During that week, designated 'as Spirit Week, the students had Dress lTp Day, Mix and Match Day, Hat and Tie Day, 50's Day and Maroon and White Day. The one thing drilled into their minds during the entire week (besides readin, writin and rithmetic) was win, win, win! THE BAND MEMBERS had practiced and practiced and were syncronized and ready to outperform anybody in town. . .and they did. Their America Through Music presentation, directed by Alan Cook, included the precision and loveliness and it was a of the pleasure to watch the n musical performance.
