INSURANCE policies offered to meniliers of the Armed Forces on military installations must comply with the laws of the State or country where the installation is located, contain no restrictions by reason of military service or occupational specialty unless they are clearly indicated on the face of the policy and plainly state on the face of the policy any extra premium charges which may lie imposed by reason of military service or military occupational specialty. There are other provisions in the new DoD Directive covering policies issued or sold to memliers of the Armed Forces as well as coutrob procedures to lie implemented by overseas commanders during accreditation of agents.
