Shadle as Commanding Officer of Dugway Proving Ground. A native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Colonel Kingdom is a graduate of the United Stales Military Academy, class of 1049, and he earned his MA degree from Columbia University in 1958. COLONEL Kingdom enlisted r, the military service in 1943, and served in an enlisted status until entering West Point in June, . Following graduation from the Basic Artillery School, Fort Sill, Olda., in 1950, the Colonel was assigned to Korea. Upon his return to CONUS he served at Fort Lewis, Washington, for two years and was then transferred to Europe where he served us a Battery Commander.
