PFC Crayton received his award for outstanding service during the period October 1, 1968 to January 20, 1969. Private First Class Crayton has performed his duties as Medical Aidman on Ward I in an exemplary manner. He is a quiet, unassuming person who displayed great interest and initiative in his work. He was an alert, conscientious, capable corps man. Because of his willing, cooperative manner, he easily established and maintained good rapport with his peers and superiors. His outstanding performance of duty and competence contributed greatly to the successful accomplishment of the mission of the U.S. Army Hospital, and is in keeping with the highest traditions of the military Service and reflects great credit upon himself, Dugway Proving Ground and the United States Army.
