According to W. Sands Brooke, manager of commercial and industrial properties for Price Rentals, approximately 150,000 square feet of office space will be built into y two buildings at the site, 6th East and South five-stor- Temple. Price Rentals, in partnership with Jack Jensen, a local developer, is organizing the project. John Price Associates will be the contractor.
