Dinner guests were Helen's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Price and Jays parents, Golden and La Verne Rigby and the Rigby family, VaUoy, Craig, four children of Littletown, Cola Sue and Jay and family have also been visiting with her sister, Nancy Hadfield and family and her mother, Bemiece Anderson of Logan. He has attended Ricks College and is employed by KVNU in Logan. After a short honeymoon the couple will make their home in Logan. A shower was given the young couple by Donette Miles. They were married Tuesday and a reception was held that evening from 7 to 9 at the Hyrum Civic Center. Friends and relatives were invited to attend. Members of the Chere Ami Gub and their partners enjoyed their annual summer party on Saturday evening. Hie party had been planned for Willow Park, but because of rain was held in the ward cultural hall. A supper was served to Lois and and Dale Spackman wu sustained to that position. Alice Cardon was released as Weblos leader in the Cub Scouts, and Kit Christensen was sustained in her place. VaLoy Reese was released as counselor in the Primary Presidency, and RaNae H. Merrill was sustained as counselor to Connie President. Andrea Ballard, infant Sea-mon- s, daughter of Trudy and Jeffrey Ballard, was christened by her father. The infant daughter of Ruth and Randall Gardner was blessed and given the name of Bobbie Jo Gardner. The Gardners live in the little house south of Arvel Reese. Agatha and George Alder visited on Sunday at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mel Roy and Lois Ballard. Family members who enjoyed this special occasion were his grandmother, VeNeal Jenkins, Bob and Janice Jenkins and their daughter, Christy Neal and son, Adam, Annette, Andrea and Byron Benson, grandmother, Leda Sutherland, and Coreys family, Marsha, Van, Troy, Mamie, Monica and Melanie.
