Show 1 Godfreys Welcome Local Girl Visits Germany First Baby Nancollas and their children in Lewiston. Ina spent one week with the Nancollas family prior to Kim's departure, and will return to her home in Kassel one week before Kim returns to Lewiston, giving the two girls an opportunity to get acquainted with each other. Ina is amazed at the sice of the shopping centers here and the numerous 'varieties of brands to choose from when making a purchase. She is delighted with beautiful Cache Valley and the scenic mountains which surround it. She also expressed pleasure at the comfort of American cars. Upon being told by her host family that they plan to take her on a 3,000 mile trip during her visit, Ina was speechless, since she considered 100 mile trips in her homeland to be extensive. Miss Kim Nancollas, IS. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Nancollas of Lewiston, was chosen to be one of 27 young people throughout the country to represent the .I'nited States in Germany while 27 youth from Germany come to America. They exchanged families for a period of nearly seven weeks. Kim. a Sky View High School student, was chosen on personality, scholarship, and her ability to effectively represent the United States in fostering good relation-snips. She flew to Kassel, Germany. on Friday.
