Cooper met at the home of Ardella and LeRoy Larsen of Millville on Easter Sunday. W. Dinner was served to eleven guests. Cooper of N o r t h Ogden; Ardella and LeRoy Larsen and Kathy Larsen of Millville; and Rinda Marie Larsen and Mary B. Lindley of Ogden. During the afternoon Ruth Lindley and her son, of Ogden, telephoned. Active in work at the Logan LDS Temple, Mr. Coo per is in good health and enjoys gardening. He is a former employee of Union Pacific Railroad Company. He was president of the Lions Club for a number of years, and he also held numerous positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints. The octogenarian has also held assignments cm the Wellsville city council. Payne s husband has just spent a year in Austria, working for Thiokol Chemical Corporation. Mabel and James Gardner are visiting at the home of Gladys and George Loosle for an indefinite time before returning to their home at Quincy, Washington. The Loosles met them at Salt Lake International Airport on Monday. The Gardners had flown there from San Gabriel, California, where they had spent the previous two and one-ha- lf months. Margaret and Aaron Bar-so-n spent a week in Las Vegas recently, where they attended the wedding of Be Ann and Jacey L. Hunt. The Barsons stayed at the home of their daughter and v-e-rly Virginia son-in-la- w, and William Oliver, and they made the acquaintance of the new daughter of the PRICES Olivers. Weekend guests at the home of Velda and Victor Rasmussen were members of their family Rebecca and Davis Peterson and their infant son of Lehi, Marilyn Raw son of Salt Lake City, and Linda and Phillip Rasmussen of Logan. Helen Godfrey GoodseU has returned to her home from Logan LDS Hospital, where she underwent major surgery. She is reported to be proving satisfactorily. Decorations were directed ably by Fran and Marlon Viehweg, with David Coo ley and Teresa Anderson making arrangements and assisting. A very enjoyable floor show was emceed by Vernon Summers and presented under the direction of excellent dance instructors Connie and Mike Goodsell. The Goodsells had taught six different dances to the Muual Improvement Asso- ciation groups, such as the exhibition square dance, the swing, the Spanish dance, rock around the clock, patty - cake polka, and Oh, Johnny, Oh.
