But nine out of ten which had all the hay they wanted along with grain and silage rotations made it through the third lactation. Jensen, 33, Rt 2, Preston, waived his right of extradition to the State of Utah, where he is charged for writing a check with insufficient funds. Jensen was stopped shortly after midnight Saturday by Franklin County Sheriff's Department officers and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and for driving without a drivers license. He pleaded guilty to these charges Monday. The Cache County charge stems from a check allegedly written by Jensen August 2, 1971. A warrant was issued Sept. 3 of that year. The writing of the check for insufficient funds is a felony in Utah. Magistrate Ann Davis remanded Jensen to the custody of Franklin County sheriff Arlando Larsen until his finan-- . cial obligation of $157.50 to Franklin County and $125 to Gem County are met.
