Show MARCH 30. 1972 THE CITIZEN Woman Feted At Birthday Dinner EGYPT Mrs. Phyllis Moser was honored at a birthday dinner last Friday evening at the home of Mrs. Mary Porter. Those present were Vcnna Herd, Fawn a Porter, Jenna Vec Jensen, Covert, Petlerborg, Sonjia Peggy Moser, Judy Pctterborg and Verdcen Larsen. A gift was presented to Mrs. Moser and there were games and visiting. Maurice Nielsen took the Explorers Friday overnight on a Snowmobile party, up to Strawberry. The boys are Craig Larsen, Carl Owen, Ira Lund, Ronald Owen, Knute Lund, Kim and Darrell Johnson. They all enjoyed cooking supper, breakfast and dinner and snowmobi-ling- . On that day, the annual Easter Day Contest for children under 10 will be held. The egg hunt will start at 9:30 a.m. Each egg has a small prize attached to it, and a limit of four eggs per child has been set. There will be skiing that day. CLUBS SOCIABLE CITIZEN The Cocienda Club Gordon Sears graduated from Primary Sunday evening and received his Duty to God Trail award. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Sears.. The Mutual Interest class met at the home of Mrs. Myra Rice Tuesday afternoon. Conducting was Marie Hatch and the lesson was given by Natolie Mendenhall. The serving table was centered with a miniature tree that was decorated with a variety of colored egg shells and spring flowers, little nests that held candy chickens and eggs. Favors for each guest were filled Easter baskets. Present were Norma Hale, Betty McCune, La Rene Foss, Ruth Nash, Colleen Martin, Fay Foss, Lois Petersen, Florence Reeves, Janell Bos worth, Joice Bambrough, Phyllis Acock, Ora Greaves and Roma Hawkes. High scores were won by Mrs. Bambrough, Mrs. Greaves and Mrs. Petersen, and low scores by Mrs Martin, Mrs. Acock and Mrs. Reeves.
