J Critchlow Jr is a noted utilities executive executive executive tive and civic leader from Ogden Ogden Ogden Og- Og den and has been an Assistant to the Council of Twelve Apostles since October 1958 He was born August 21 1892 in Ogden to William Wllliam J.
