That pursuant to said divorce decree the defendant was awarded possession and use of the premises at 2535 East, 70th South, Salt Lake City, Utah, the title remaining in the joint names of the Plaintiff and Defendant. Further, a trust was ordered by the Court created in favor of the minor children of the marriage; the corpus thereof comprising any and all equity in the home. The minor children were made beneficiaries of said trust and the Plaintiff made trustee of said trust. The Court further ordered, among other things, that should the Defendant fail to keep support payments current, the Plaintiff was to have immediate right to possession of said premises, and that in her capacity as trustee, could rent, sell, or otherwise deal with said premises as she sees fit and proper. 7. That Plaintiff requests the Court to order Defendant to pay the reasonable attorneys fees involved with bringing this order to show cause. 8. That the Court find the Defendant in contempt of Court and award Plaintiff judgment against the defendant for $600.00 back support, and $272.50 attorneys fees; and further grant Plaintiff in her capacity as trustee, permission to sell said premises at 2535 East 70th South, Salt Lake City, Utah, to satisfy the terms of the Decree of Divorce entered November 18, 1970.
