Grismore, 591 West 3100 South in Bountiful, Utah, to express her feelings over the events of the past week which had their beginning at her home Monday morning, September 20, 1971. On that morning, E. Calvin Pond, Ronald P. Herrington, and John Hunt, agents of the Internal Revenue Service, appeared at the Grismore home, to seize a 1969 automobile as satisfaction for $299 taxes they claimed was owed on Mr. Grismores 1968 income. Previously, they had been warned by Mr. Grismore that unless they came upon his premises with valid court orders, they would be considered to be 1 I I ) i V front door. t The agents arrived shortly after Mr. Grismore left for a few V minutes to run an errand, and i gnored the trespass warnings.
