I ' ; . 1 ' No. 46 November 13, 1970 Jose Lucas made citizen of US Jose Lucas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lucas, received his naturalization papers while he was home on a recent leave from the Navy. He appeared before the Federal Judge in Salt Lake City where he was given the regular examination. He has been in the Navy for the past year. He was bom in Spain and came to the US in September of 1950. He is now aboard the aircraft carrier, UBS Midway at Hunter's Point near San Francisco, Calif.
