Show December 1, 1967 THE EUREKA (UTAH) REPORTER Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Underwood were hosts at Thanksgiving Day dinner in the Memorial Building. Family members attending were Mr .and Mrs. Vance Underwood and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Underwood and family, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Henderson and family of Orem; Mr .and Mrs. Adrien Underwood and children and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fife and children. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Sand-stroMr. and Mrs. Lorin Thompson, and Wilson Lee were in Provo Sunday afternoon attending a farewell for Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Witt, who are leaving in the near future to serve in the LDS mission field in Texas. The Witts are former residents of Eureka, and Mr. Witt was manager of the Telephone Company during his residence here. Other former residents attending the farewell were Dr. and Mrs. Norman Obom of Payson, Bishop and Mrs. Clarence Hogan of Sandy, Mrs. Pearl For-se- y of Orem and her daughter, Mrs. Sam (Caroline) Allman of Las Angeles, who was visiting with her mother in Orem. Cliff Fife, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fife, Ray Schow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wellings Schow and Kent Bigler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mac Bigler, who are attending Snow Col- lege in Ephraim, spent the Thanksgiving holiday weekend here with their parents. Sam McIntyre, a student at CSU in Cedar City, and Sue McIntyre who is attending the BYU in Provo, were home for the Thanksgiving holidays visiting with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Steele McIntyre in Mammoth. Relief Society to hold bazaar The Relief Society of Eureka LDS Ward will sponsor a bazaar Thursday, December 7, at the church cultural hall. The bazaar will open at 11 a.m. Lunch will be served beginning at 11 a.m. There will be handwork of all kinds, candy and baked goods will also be sold. A cordial invitation is extended to all to attend the m, Sunday dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Hanks were her sister, Mrs. Henry Oberhansley and son Vic of Murray. Thanksgiving Day dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Colovich were Mr. and Mrs. Barry Colovich and son of Tooele. Mr .and Mrs. Barry Colovich visited over the weekend at their parents home. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Brady of Page Three ter Mr. and Mrs. Dean Rose spent the Thanksgiving holidays in Evanston. Wyoming, where they were guests of their daughters and their families. They were Thanksgiving Day dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. David Wag-staf- f. On Friday they attended a birthday celebration for their grandson, Craig Lester, who celebrated his 14th birthday anniversary. The party was held at the home of his parents, Mr .and Mrs. LeMar Les in Evanston, Wyoming. Other family members present at the party were Mrs. Janette Hutchinson, and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Martin of Rock Springs. Craig Coulsen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jess Coulsen, who is attending the University of Utah spent the holiday weekend here with his parents. Nettie Mulliner left for her home in Midvale. She had spent the Thanksgiving holidays here with her daughter and her husband, Mr .and Mrs. Melvin Walker. Mrs. Santaquin were in town last Wednesday evening, attending the junior play at the Tintic High School, and visiting with the Lynn Brady family. Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Brady and daughters, Janet and Pam and Mrs. Myrtle Theriault were in Payson Thanksgiving Day attending a family party for Mrs. Margaret Cloward, Lynns grandmother. The party was given in the LDS Church recreation hall. Each family unit took portions of the dinner. An entertaining program was presented, and a pleasant after-.noo- n was enjoyed by all those attending. About 75 persons were in attendance at the nicely planned day. A former resident, Mrs. Matilda Brady of Payson, also attended the dinner. Mrs. Cloward is Mrs. Jim Bradys mother. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Elton and family left Sunday evening for their home in Tooele.
