Show July 23, THE EUREKA (UTAH) REPORTER 1965 Totin Chicken Penney Sorensen will exchange vows with Ray Allen Dean July Ladies of Elks Ladles of Elks met Tuesday evening in the Elks club rooms with Alice Peart presiding. A routine business session was disposed of, and a social evening was enjoyed with Bridge furnishing the diversion. High score was won by Mrs. Alliene Farren; cut by Mrs. George Finch and raffle, Mrs. Dee Clement. At the conclusion of the card games, Mrs. George Gillespie, hostess for the meeting, served tasty refreshments. Bridge Club Members of the Bridge Club made a trip to Santaquin last Thursday evening, where Mrs. George Finch was hostess to the club members. High score was won by Mrs. Ted Johnson, honors by Mrs. Darrell Franks; the cut prize, Mrs. Don Giles and consolation, Mrs. Alliene Farren. Others attending were Mrs. Frank Peart, Mrs. Dee Clement and special guests, Mrs. Irene Peterson and Mrs. Della Hudson of Santaquin. Mrs. Finch served delicious refreshments at the conclusion of the card games. He has a brother, Paul, and a sister, Teresa. Mother is the former three-year-o- ld two-year-o- ld Mr. and Mrs. Lauren Thompson returned home last Thurs- day from a weks vacation trip spent in Beaver, Minersville, and Richfield. While in Beaver they were honored at a wedding anniversary dinner at a cafe which was hosted by relatives. During their stay in Richfield where they were guests of their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Thompson, Mr. Thompson and Jay enjoyed a fishing trip to Donkey Lake in the Richfield area, and Mr. Thompson reports excellent fishing. Mrs. D. C. Greenhalgh of Grand View, Washington, arrived here this week where she will spend a couple of weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Thomas. Mrs. Greenhalgh is the former Rachael Thomas. Her family will join her later in the month and she will re- turn to Washington with them. Happy grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Jack Lucas and Mr. and Mrs. Don Giles of Eureka. Mr. and Mrs. Allan R. Rowley of Salt Lake City are the parents of a baby boy bom in Salt Lake City. He July weighed 7 lbs. 12 oz., and will be named Daniel Allan. He has a brother Gregory. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rowley of Butte, Montana, and Mr. and Mrs. Chris Van Cleave of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Great grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Eden of Eureka. The Row-ley- s are former residents of Eureka. and family returned Saturday morning from a weeks vacation spent in Colorado. They visited in Denver with the Snells son, Ed, who is stationed there with the U. S. Army, and visited other interesting spots in the area. Ed returned home with k them and will spend a leave here. two-wee- Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Lee left Wednesday afternoon for Fish Lake where they will spend the long weekend Pioneer holiday. Wilson Lee and son, Glen, of ty Ephraim, were in Salt Lake City last Wednesday on a business trip. Glens family accompanied him to Eureka and spent the day with Mrs. Lees parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Nash, and with her sister and family, the Bob Robinsons. Ruth, Nevada, spent the weekend here with Mrs. Frisbys parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Tuckett, and the Brennan Hannifin family. GRAND MOTHER if Alice Judge, daughter of Mr. Hearing young, bright voices is a special part of calling Long Distance. Next and Mrs. Tom Judge is spending the week at Girl Scout Camp Red Cliffe in Ogden Canyon. She was accompanied to the camp by her parents. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Heber Cushing are a daughter and her family, Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Mitchell and daughter, Debbie of Las Vegas. Other guests on Sunday at the Cushing home were Mr. and Mrs. Sanford Kent and Mrs. Irma Perry of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Perry and Mrs. Cushing are sisters.
