Trageser, and Mayor William Mrs. Ray Stickney, president of the Payson Council, made the presentation which was arranged by Mrs. Kathryn Pan-nel- l, so as to be a complete surprise to Mr. Blight. Mrs. Cleo Judge and Mrs. Marie Evans, along with Mrs. Pan-nel- l, represented the local PTA. On Wednesday evening, Mr. Blight and his wife, were the guests at a testimonial dinner in Salt Lake City, which was conducted as a part of state PTA Convention. Al-lie- ne Jackie Banghart took her Sunday School class to Mrs. Payson last Saturday, where they attended a movie. Accompanying her were Mrs. Mabel Butler and daughter, Sandy. Open house will be held Sunday afternoon, May 17, at St. Patricks Church at 2 p.m. The object of the open house is to promote a better understanding of Catholic Church rituals and services. After the open house, light refreshments will be served in the Rectory. ed TB tests given Tuberculine tests were given to Eureka residents on Wednesday morning at the elementary school. 95 persons received the tests, which were given by Dr. Steele and Mrs. 'Martha grandson, father Burton. Mrs. William Wirthlin was hostess at a dinner on Sunday. The dinner honored her grandson, Julian Sanderson and his CARD OF THANKS' My thanks to my many friends who were so thoughtful daring my recent stay In the hospital. To all those who sent cards, letters and flowers, I am very grateful, also to those who called on father, Gerald Sanderson, who celebrated birthdays a few days apart during the week. A delicious dinner with a beautiful birthday cake forming the centerpiece, was served to those named and to Mrs. Julian Sanderson, Mrs. Gerald Wirth Sanderson Sanderson, Columbia Rebekah -- Committee meetings were held during the afternoon. The six oclock social hour and 7:30 banquet concluded the days activities. Dinner honors cll n conducted the meeting of Columbia Rebekah Lodge No. 2 1 held last Thursday in the Miners' Union Hall.
