W. ft, May 15, 1964 IUE6AIL NTT0CE NOTICE OF BOND ELECTION THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF TINTIO SCHOOL DISTRICT JUAB COUNTY, UTAH TUESDAY, MAY 19, 1964 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HERESY GIVEN that a special election will be held in Tintic School District Juab County, State of Utah, on Tuesday, the 19th day of May, 1964, at which election there shall be submitted to the registered voters who have paid a propery tax within said District during the year next preceding such election, the following question: Shall the Board of Education of Tintic School District Juab County, Utah, be authorized to issue and sell bonds of the District in the aggregate amount of 670,000.00, or so much thereof as may be necessary, in one or more series, in the denomination of 61.000.00 each, numbered from 1 to 70, both inclusive, arid bends to bear interest at a rate not to exceed four and one half per cent per annum, and to mature in not more than twenty (20) years from their date, for the purpose of purchasing school sites, for building and purchasing school houses and supplying the same with furniture and necessary apparatus, and for improving the school property in its charge?
