January 25, 1D73 s BYU education day planned for Feb. 24 Announcement was made this week that the joint Duchesne and Roosevelt stake BYU Education Day will be held February 24 at the Myton Chapel. The program is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m.. and continue most of the day. Chairmaning the event are Richard Taylor of the Duchesne slake, and Lynn Alexander and Rosella Johnson, Roosevelt stake. Guest instructors for the event will be Wilfred flriggs, Alma Heaton and Mrs. Stella Harris Oaks. Mr. Griggs is an assistant professor of philosophy and ancient scriptures at I1YU. Mr. Heaton is assistant professor of recreation at RYU, and in the slake presidency of the RYU fourth stake. Local man suffers multiple injuries Word was received at the Law and Order office in Ft. Duchesne, that Frank Arrowchis, supervisor for NuTuVeep hunting for the Ute Indian Tribe was in- jured while attending a snowmobile race in Jackson Hole, Wyo., this past weekend. He was hit after getting off his machine, by the driver of another snowmobile. Mr. Arrowchis is in the St. John's hospital in Jackson Hole. His wife, Glenda left for Wyoming arriving there early Monday morning. She notified the family that Frank suffered five fractures, rib and all extremities.
