First Security, which operates four banks In Utah, Idaho and Wyoming, with 109 banking offices, has a total of 1900 full-tiemployees, and a great majority of them are actively Involved In their respective community life. More than 70 First Security bankers have held the office of director or chairmen of such ser bank-holdi- ng to state legislators. As a matter of fact, one of First Security's chief executive officers once ran for the office of United States Senator, Better than 50 percent of First Security employees are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints, the prominent religious faith In the Intermountain region. He left Monday for Seattle, Wash., where he will visit his sister and brother In law, Mr. and Mrs. Berpell Rich, he also has employment there. Visiting for a month at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Olas Johnson Is Mrs. LaLauna Bandmann and baby of Kauai, Hawaii. Mr. and Mrs. Bert Dart and Clyde Dart visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wllmer Murray Sunday. Smith was confined to the Willard Roosevelt hospital last week for three days. Mrs. Lily Lythgoe had the misfortune of fracturing her elbow. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Roberts and family went to Salt Lake Wednesday to attend the funeral services of her father, Phillip Russon. Mrs. Anna Murray entertained a group of friends at her home Monday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Wllmer Murray spent a week visiting with their sons and families, Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Murray, at Page, Arlz., and Mr. and Mrs. Nell Murray at Orem. -- A Christian Crusade for Christ rally was held Saturday and Sunday at the Myton Presbyterian Church. It was under the sponsorship of the United Methodist Churches, Salt Lake. Ten young people were present from Salt Lake for the rally with the young people Saturday. They also presented the Sunday morning srvlce with special choir music. Next Sunday Is an annual Royal Arch Masonic Sunday. It will be held at the Myton church at 11 a.m. The speaker will be Walton Baker, past Grand blaster of the Grand Lodge of Nevada. Winner will be served following the services.
