Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Chandler for a week, was their daughter and and family Mr. and Mrs. Iilynn Anderson of Bountiful. Cupt. and Mrs. John A. Morrill of Hillfield, visited at the horn of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Clark, Tuesday. They were accompanied by Wilma Clark, their sister, who has been visiting them the past three weeks. Mr. and Mrs. John Uresk son-in-la- w, spent Monday and Tuesday in Salt Lake for medical attention. Mrs. Bob Henderson and baby of San Jose, Calif., were guests for several days at the home of her aunt and uncle, Mr, and Mrs. Loryn Ross. Mrs. Sarah Carllle of He-b- er was a guest Saturday and Sunday at the home of her children, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Haue-t- er and family. Mr. and Mrs. Wllmer Murray went to Delta Saturday where they attended an open house at the Moody home. Visiting at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Fausett over the weekend, was Mr. and Mrs. Wayne (Jessie) Fowers of Ogden, and a sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Larsen and daughter, Price. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Syerl Dennis during the week was their daughters Charlotte and Julie who are atsummer school at tending the BYU at Provo and a friend Roy Broderick and their son and family, Mr. and Mrs. Gale Dennis of Salt Lake. Llahonia Holiday was held Wednesday at the chapel under the direction of the leader, Mrs. Verona Goodrich. Each girl gave a talk and the girls sang several of their class songs. Mrs. Florence Mohlntan, stake primary worker, and the girl mothers and the primary executive officers were guests. A lunch was served. The mutual had their closing social last week at the ball park where they played softball after which they enjoyed roasting weiners and marshmeilows. Mrs. Virginia Sands, Lo: Angeles, and Mrs. LaRene Kimball and children, Salt Lake, visited here during the week with their parents, the Leslie Goodrich's. Virginia came from Los Angeles to see her son Jay lioard the plane for Ura-guwhere he will serve a mission. He is a son of Mrs. Rose Ahplanalp of Utahn. He won in the FJ and SJ classes during the West Coast Outboard Association races at the Stockton Rod and Gun Club. Other company at the Max Nelsons were Karen and Wayne Brown and family from Helper, Ina Lee Shaw and children, Granger stayed at her parents while her husband Ad and son Max went on a scout trip to the Timothy Lakes with na ay seven scouts and three other leaders from Granger. Max and two friends had quite an experience when tliey got on the wrong trail and seperated from the rest spending two days and one night reading their maps wrong. Traveling approximately 50 miles and having only one fish and two candy bars to eat. David and Fontella and boys returned from Tex., where David attended summer school.
