Green, deceased. Notice of sale of real estate. Notice is hereby given, that in pursuance of an order of the District Court made on the 29th day of March, 1929, in the matter of the estate of Hyrum A. Green deceased, the undersigned, the Executor of the last Will and Testament of said deceased, will sell at private sale, at the office of Willey & Willey, 707 Walker Bank Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, to the highest bidder, subject to the confirmation by the District Court in and for Salt Lake County. Utah, on the 17th day of April, 1929, between the hours of 10 oclock a. m. and 12 o'clock noon, on that day, all of the right, interest and estate said Hyrum title, A. Green deceased had at the time of his death, and all the right, title and interest that his estate has by operation of law or otherwise acquired, in and to all that certain parcel of land situate in Salt Lake County, Utah, de- -. scribed as follows, Commencing at a point 1287 feet East of the Northwest Corner of Section 3, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian; running thence South 642.74 feet; thence West 591.6 feet, more or less, to the center of Brighton North Point Irrigation Canal; thence Northwesterly along the center of said canal 660 feet, more or less, to a point of the place of beginning; directly west 735.6 thence East feet more or less, to to-w- it: the point of beginning. Together with sixteen shares of stock in the Brighton North Point Irrigation Company, representing a water right appurtenant to said land. That the terms and conditions of sale will be cash, lawful money of the United States, or upon such terms as may be approved by said District Court. Bids must be in writing, and addressed to said Executor and at least 10 per cent of the amount offered must accompany the bid, and the balance paid upon confirmation by said Court.
