Show THE 18 Article XIII. The annual or regular stockholders' meeting of this corporation for the election of officers and for, the transaction of such other business as shall come before it, shall be held legally on the day and hour ordered by the Board of Trustees and said meeting may be held as near as possible at the time and place of the annual meeting of the National Wool Growers Association of the United' States, and that thirty days notice in writing shall be given to each stockholder of record, whose address must be registered with the Secretary of the corporation. That said notice shall be given in writing by depositing the same in the United States Mail, postpaid, and duly addressed to the registered address of each stockholder. Each stockholder shall be entitled to as many votes as he holds shares of stock in this that said truscorporation, tees and theirproviding successors in office shall vote said trustees stock subscribed for as herein provided according to the direction of a majority of said trustees, or their successors in said trust. Representation by proxy in and filed with the secretary writing of the corporation shall be allowed at all meetings of this corporation, either general or special. The trustees shall be elected by ballot. The five persons receiving the majority votes at any annual or special election shall be declared elected to the office of trustee. Said four thousand shares of stock held jointly by said five trustees as aforesaid shall be voted by a majority of said trustees or their successors as sajd trustees of said stock. The Board of Trustees shall elect the president, secretary and manager, and treasurer. Article XV. Trustees' meetings shall be called by the president from time to time as occasion may require. Upon refusal or failure of the president to call a meeting, a majority of the Board of Trustees may issue such call. All notices of trustees meetings must be given either personally or by depositing a written notice in the United States Mail, postpaid, as hereinbefore provided (or by telegram.) Article XX. The profits, if any there be, arising from the operations of this corporation, after paying all expenses, salaries, etc., shall be disposed of as may be determined by the trustees of this corporation In accordance with the provisions of Article IV.
