Show THE CITIZEN Please be advised that by resolution passed by the board of directors of the North Point- Consolidated Irrigation company on the 22nd day of November 1923, a special meeting of the stockholders of said North Point Consolidated Irrigation Company, has been called for, and will be held on Monday, the 7th day of January, 1924, at the hour of two oclock p. m., at the office of said corporation,, room number 331 Judge Building, at southeast corner of Main and Third South Streets, in Salt Lake City, Utah, for the consideration of the question of ratifying a certain resolution passed and adopted by said board of directors at a meeting of said board, held on the 22nd day of November, 1923, annulling and setting aside assessment number 76 theretofore levied and imposed by said board upon the outstanding shares of the capital stock of said corporation, and for the consideration of such other business as may come before said meeting.
