Core, her husband, to Jacob Rufi and Anna Rufi, his wife, as security for the sum of 9900.00, covering the following described tract of land in Salt Lake County, State of Utah: Commencing GO rods east from the northwest corner of lot '2, section 30, township 1 north, range 1 west, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence east 100 rods more or less to the center line of said section; thence south 160 rods to the south line of the north half of the southwest quarter of said section; thence west 100 rods more or less; thence north 160 rods more or less to the place of beginning, containing 100 acres, more or less; together with all water rights and privileges theretofore belonging thereto.
