AND WHEREAS, the said Lew Fox agreed that for every month the said car should remain in the possession, of George A. Bloomfield, the said Lew Fox would pay the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) per month storage. AND WHEREAS, said work was fully completed by the 15th day of December, and the said Lew Fox was notified of said fact, but has failed, neglected and refused to pay the said sum of seventy dollars ($70.00.)
