The program was in the nature of a spring festival. Mrs. E. A. Smith sang a group of songs, Mrs. Jacob A. Kahn gave several piano solos, Mrs. Edward McGurrin played the harp, and Mrs. Leslie English gave some readings. The marriage of Miss Laura son, sister of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. - TimpTimp-son- , and Alex. L. Anderson, took place Wednesday night at the Timpson home on S. Fifteenth East street. The ' ceremony was performed by Bishop Lloyd at 8 oclock and was followed by a reception. The bride wore a handsome wedding gown of ivory white silk and lace over a foundation of satin. A long tulle veil studded with orange blossoms and carried a shower of brides roses and lilies of the valley. Miss 'Alice Timpson was the bridesmaid and wore a dainty frock of pink silk net over pale blue taffeta, and carried an armful of pink roses. Rulon Games was best man. Assisting the bridal party in receiving were Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Timpson, Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Timpson and Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Anderson. After May 1 Mr. and Mrs. Anderson will be at home to their friends in the Granite . apartments.
