The former was given 134,840 new votes and the latter 83,300. Only once before has any one cast more votes in one day than did Miss Nordquist yesterday and, an a result of the ballot that poured in from early in the afternoon the young lady row la aixth in the contest. Miss Williams scored above the 700.000 mark and It la fair to presume, she will have much over a million votes before July Gib, when the decision will be made. Miss Packard and Miss Newton are not far from 600,000, and they, too, will have their million votes. Miss Farr is advanced to fourth place. Miss Hamer ecu red 24,650 votes, with a total of 253.640. In the county. Miss Hunter made the remarkable advance of 116,000 votes, and Miss Thurston obtained 52,100. Miss Wardle was given 6,000, Miss Hutchins 24,000 snd Miss Ada Skeen 23,000. The vote for Mian Hunter placed her in the heed of the county. The contest now is between bliss Wardle and Mbs Hutchins for third place.
