He became entangled with the power take off on a Delbert Andersen 69, pessed away at his home in Neola, Utah January 3, after a short illness. She was born October 10, 1893 in Park City, to Giles Wood and Caroline Mohlman Wood. She married William Hancock. He died April 4, 1971. She was a former resident of Ft. Duchesne. sons and daughters, Survivors, Sterling, Hayward, Calif.; Norman, Calif.; Mrs. Leroy (Vivkn) CheCalif.; Mrs. Jerry ney, Cupertino, (Bonnie) Todd, Englewood, Colo.; Eleven grandchildren. Sisters, Belle Wilkins, Roosevelt; Ada Kelley, Garden Grove, He is survived by his wife Virginia, sons Dale, Montwell, Olief, Neola, daughters Mrs. Verden (Alice) Heaton, Roosevelt, Mrs. Mac (Joyce) Murdock, Ft Duchene, 23 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, sisters Mrs. Ged (Thelma) Lindsay, Mrs. Ralph (Rhea) McMullin, Ballard, Mrs. Sid (Ilean) Rust, Mrs. Ida Walker, Mountain Home, Mrs. Harold (Evia) Thompson, Talmage. Funeral services were held at Olpin Mortuary in Roosevelt Jan. 5, 1976. Family prayer was offered by Dale Anderson, a son, Verden Heaton, son in law, conducted. Prelude and postlude musk by Nancy Brooks, opening prayer musical Frank Williams, brother-in-lanumber was given by his granddaughter Ina Heaton and Verdene Betts. Talk by Fred Lindsay, closing remarks, Verden Heaton, closing prayer, Sid Rust, brother in bw, dedication of grave, Randy Whitmer, grandson. Mrs. Minnie Hamilton spent several days in Salt Lake this past week and weekend visiting Mr. and Mrs. Colin Hamilton and family and other friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Fabrizio and family aiiended the New Years Eve party for the stake in Duchesne New years Eve. They report a very lovely evening. There were three babies blessed at sacrament meeting Sunday the baby son at Mr. and Mrs. Max and Valona Fabrkio was blessed by his father and given the name of Jake Max Fabrkio. Chrktmas night the Howard Cowans stayed in American Fork with Mr. and Mrs. Richard Owen and family. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Owen and family brought in the New Year with Mr. and Mrs. Howard Cowan. Also at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Cowan were JoAnn Cowan and Mr. and Mrs. Scott Cowan. e Mr. and Mrs. Don Bench returned to Duchesne after a 10 day vacation in St. George. He married Diane Ames, June 27, 1975, in Ballard. He was a rancher, and a graduate of Union high school, active in school sports and president of the FFA. He was a member of the LDS Church. Survivors includes his wife, parents, brothers, skiers, Mrs. David (Becky) Bennett, Murray; Thomas Junior, Roosevelt; Mrs. Mark (Patrkb) Duncan, Danny, Brkn, Shelly, all BaUard, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Bird, Bluebell; Mrs. Pearl Jenkins, Roosevelt Funeral services were held in the Ballard IJ)S Ward Chapel. Burial was in the Roosevelt Memorial Park. moved to Mountain Home, in 1914 and Mr. Aodersea were among the first to settle there. Dell was a farmer, rancher and was well known for his love of a good horse and his ability at bronc riding. On April 10, 1928 he married Virginia Beatie in Salt Lake City. This marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. The family resided in Mountain Home until 1946. The next 14 years were spent in Tridell, and Salt Lake City, but in 1960 Dell and Virginia moved to Neola, where they have resided for the past 16 KauM Fabrkio. Then Saturday they went to Sail Lake to a family dinner at the home uf Mr. and Mrs. Charles Manwaring. All of Flura's brothers and sisters were present except one brother. This is a family custom but the first time Flora and Tom have been able to go out to be with the family. Flora stayed out part of the week to help Toni and the new baby as they had sickness in the family. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Nye attended funeral services for Roy P. Davk of Provo Tuesday of thk week. To wait out the storm, the Abplanalp's drove to South Jordan to "r "' ' visit their son Floyd and hk family. e Mr. and Mrs. Birch and son Kent have just returned from an extended trip to Mexico City; enjoying the cruke around the bay from Los Angeles stopping at the cities of Manzanillo, Tuento, Hallerta, Texon and Aca Tulco. The Birchs were able to attend church services of the LDS branch in Mexico (Sty; they also enjoyed seeing the Pyramids and touring the city in general. J Webb. Johnny Hackford, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lou Hackford was passed on to be made a deacon. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Benaoa and family of Salt Lake vkited Mr. and Mrs. Brent Lee and family one day last week. They also stopped in to say hello to Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lee. Mrs. Linda Pace and friend Nadine of Salt Lake came to pick up her parents' Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lee Friday morning to take them to Salt Lake to keep a doctor appointment Friday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Pace brought them back home Sunday morning. While in the city they vkited other friends and relatives. Regular meetings will be held for Relief Society each Tuesday at 10 a.m. starting Jan. 6. Lets all get back in the spring and support the Relief Society after two weeks of vacation from meetings.
