This Saturday representatives of the various classes will be out in the town decorating windows of various businesses. Monday night at the UHS auditorium, eleven candidates will vie for the honor of representing the Cougar as UHS Homecoming Queen. The public is invited to view this event which begins at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday during school, two teams of girls will be playing the Powder Puff football game. They will be dressed in full football uniforms. At halftime, a drill team comprised of boys will do a marching routine. Wednesday night will be the annual bonfire and pep rally. Afterwards a concert will be presented by the Noon Entry forms available for UHS homecoming parade It has been announced that anyone an entry in the Union desiring to have ' school parade must homecoming high first get an entry form from Bruce Dart, Union's Studentbody President. ' V ii class, Day Band from Vernal The big parade begins Thursday morning at 10 a.m. The homecoming game will begin at 1:30 p.m. and will be played against Intermountain School. A victory dance crowns the week's activities from 2 midnight. The public and particularly alumni are invited to enjoy Union high school homecoming. and Uintah Basin Area Vocational Center. Registration should be completed at the Vocational Center by Payment of the 610.00 fee. The dates of the next class are October 30, November 6, 13, 20, and December 4 and 11. Class starts each evening at 7 9:30 p.m. and is usually completed by p.m. Participants should dress for exercising and bring a pillow. It is recommended that the expectant father and mother plan to attend all six classes. Completion of the class will permit father to be in the delivery room with his wife if so desired. Classes are held in the Health Sciences Building just west of the Vocational Center in Roosevelt. Vocational counseling will be available as part of the presentation, along with discussions of job opportunities, rales of pay, and working conditions in jobs for which students may be trained at Utah Tech.
