The whole of South Africa comes a very close second with $44)750,000 in value, and Australasia, close on the heels of the latter with $44,000,000. Russia makes a good showing, producing in value $33,990,000. The falling off in British Guiana amounts to more leaving the total production for the past year at $2,052,500. This production shows an increase in this country of $5,110,000, and in the than $400,000, world of $23,775,000.
