That for the purpose of refunding 575.000.00 of Ogden City cfsnding bonds heretofore specifically described, there shall be issued by said Ogdtn City, Utah, Refunding Bonds, which said bonds shall be dated as of the first day of May, A. D. 1930, denomination $1,000.00 each, numbered from 1 to 75 inclusive, shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent (5' y) per annum, from date until paid, payable on the first days of May and November each year, the principal payable: Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) on the first day of November, A. D. 1943, and Twenty-fiv- e Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) on the first day of November, A.
