For most families, summer means festive celebrations, days on the beach and spending time with friends and family. However, summer can also mean hectic schedules and the challenge of ensuring that family members are nourished properly. Cooking during the busy summer months can present a challenge to even the most organized chef. Spending time over a hot stove instead of spending time on the golf course, by the pool or at the park is no way to enjoy the pleasures that summer brings. Simple Celebrations Summer is the ideal time to turn to recipes to simplify a busy schedule. Using tasty and nutritious ingredients, like tuna, can take the hassle out of summer meal planning and leave more time to celebrate the liveliness of the season.
